Whatever you take — semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), or another GLP-1 medication — Plainlog records the dose and the weight you log, and shows them back to you. That is the whole app. No account, no cloud, no ads. Everything stays on your phone.

Tablets and injections, both properly

A daily tablet is not a weekly injection with the fields hidden. If you take a tablet, you get a screen built around today. If you inject, you get one built around your next dose and the days between. Injection-site logging appears only if you inject — never otherwise.

Logging takes seconds

Open, tap, done. Forgot to log something last week? Enter it for any past date, with the real time of day, in a few taps.

Every medication, no limit

Track as many medications as you’re taking, tablets and injections together. There’s no cap, and no upsell for adding another.

Your data stays on your phone

There is no account to create and no server to send anything to. Your record lives in one file on this device. We do not have it, cannot see it, and could not hand it over if we were asked. Export what you logged as a CSV or a PDF, and do what you like with it.

What this app does not do

It does not recommend doses or tell you when to change one. It does not interpret your data or tell you how you are doing. It is a record, not advice, and it is not a substitute for your prescriber.
