Your medication record
Plainlog is a record of what you logged, not a substitute for your prescriber. It does not recommend doses or tell you when to change one, and it does not interpret your data or tell you how you are doing.
What it does
Log
Record the dose you took and the weight you logged, tablet or injection, for any GLP-1 medication. Add a past entry with the real date and time.
Remind
Choose reminder times for the tablet or injection schedule you set.
Estimate
Plainlog+ draws an estimated level from the doses you logged, using published averages for your drug. The estimate is not a measurement of your body and cannot tell you whether a dose is working.
Sync
Plainlog+ can sync your weight with Apple Health or Health Connect, on your device, only if you turn it on. It is not used for advertising or marketing, and is not sold or shared with third parties.

Plainlog does not include meal, photo, macro or water tracking, or coaching.
Your data on your device
Use Plainlog without an account. You keep your record in a file on your device; we have no server copy.
Plainlog’s App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected.” You can move your log to a new phone through your phone’s own backup, if you have that switched on. Plainlog does not have a backup feature of its own. See the privacy policy for the full explanation.
